Bandung- DRW For Man menggelar acara Jumat Ganteng, Minggu (19/03/2023). Progam ini merupakan lanjutan dari rangkaian acara Sodakoh Akbar 2023 yang diusung oleh owner sekaligus pendiri DRW For Man, dr Wahyu Triasmara.
Acara yang yang ditujukan kepada para santri yang tinggal di pondok pesantren ini, bertujuan untuk membantu para santri dalam menjaga kebersihan, terutama penampilan rambut.
Jumat Ganteng memberikan edukasi bagaimana cara merawat, menjaga kesehatan diri khususnya tata memilih dan mencukur rambut.
DRW For Man juga memberikan sejumlah paket sebagai penunjang progam ini. Bagi para peserta Jum’at Ganteng, paket berupa baju koko, sarung, dan peci, yang dibuat sebanyak 50 paket. Paket tersebut dibagikan, kepada para santri yang telah berpartisipasi melakukan pemotongan rambut.
Program Jum’at Ganteng disambut antusias oleh para santri. Terlebih saat berlangsungnya sharing session dari perwakilan DRW For Man, banyak para peserta yang memiliki minat tinggi untuk belajar.
Semangat para santri khususnya yang memiliki tugas sebagai pemotong rambut di pesantren tersebut sangat tinggi untuk mengetahui tata cara dan trik dari cara memotong rambut. Saat kegiatan pemotongan rambut pun, para santri telihat berkerumun untuk memperhatikan pencukur dalam bekerja.
Program yang diinisiatori oleh DRW Foundation menghadirkan sebanyak 50 peserta dari Jum’at Ganteng yang merupakan santri pondok pesantren. Jum’at Ganteng sendiri akan dilakukan di beberapa pesantren sekitar kota Bandung. Saat ini, peserta Jum’at Ganteng baru terpenuhi sebanyak 20 peserta pada satu pesantren. Acara untuk santri ini akan dilanjutkan pada pekan depan dengan lokasi pesantren yang berbeda, tentunya dengan peserta yang berbeda pula.
Para santri berharap, semoga kedepannya, dapat diadakan kegiatan seperti Jum’at Ganteng kembali. Terlebih, mereka berharap akan adanya sharing session serta pelatihan khusus untuk tatacara mencukur dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan skill dan kemampuan para santri.
