Yogyakarta- Tepat di Hari Pahlawan, DRW Foundation berkesempatan untuk kembali menyelenggarakan silaturrahmi dan doa bersama. Pada Jumat, 10 November 2023, DRW Foundation mengadakan acara ini di salah satu panti asuhan yatim putri. Lokasi yang dikunjungi kali ini adalah Panti Asuhan Yatim Putri Islam RM Suryowinoto.
Berada di Jalan Pramuka No.68, Giwangan, Kecamatan Umbulharjo, Kota Yogyakarta, tim DRW Foundation bersama dr. Wahyu Triasmara bergerak menyalurkan santunan kepada para santriwati. Kedatangan tim DRW Foundation disambut hangat oleh para santriwati dengan wajah sumringah. Kemudian, sambutan hangat tersebut berlanjut menjadi sebuah pertemuan kecil yang bermanfaat.
Untuk mengawali acara silaturrahmi dan doa bersama kali ini, dr. Wahyu Triasmara memberi sambutan yang mengajak para santriwati untuk senantiasa bersyukur dengan keadaan yang sedang dijalani saat ini. Dibandingkan ribuan anak-anak yang ada di Palestina, para santriwati Panti Asuhan Islam RM Suryowinoto lebih beruntung.
“Kita ada saudara muslim, di Palestina, Gaza sedang mengalami suatu peristiwa yang menyedihkan. Banyak korban dari anak-anak, ibu-ibu, dan juga para orang tua yang harus meninggal syahid akibat agresi militer zionis Israel. Oleh karena itu, apapun kondisi adik-adik semua, kondisi kita semua di sini harus selalu disyukuri,” tutur dr. Wahyu Triasmara.
Usai menuturkan sambutannya, dr. Wahyu Triasmara mengakhiri pertemuan dengan mengajak para santriwati doa bersama. Tak hanya meminta doa untuk keberkahan acara, dr. Wahyu Triasmara juga mengajak santriwati untuk mendoakan para saudara muslim yang ada di Palestina. Para santriwati, pengurus, dan juga tim DRW Foundation dengan khidmat berdoa bersama sebelum beranjak ke rentetan acara selanjutnya.
Setelah itu, acara silaturrahmi dan doa bersama di Panti Asuhan Islam RM Suryowinoto ini dilanjutkan dengan sholat berjamaah dan makan bersama. Diimami oleh salah satu pengurus, para santriwati dan tim DRW Foundation beribadah dengan khusyuk. Acara selanjutnya, dr. Wahyu Triasmara dan tim DRW Foundation mengajak para santriwati untuk makan bersama.
Sebelum mengakhiri acara silaturrahmi dan doa bersama kali ini, DRW Foundation ingin mengajak santriwati Panti Asuhan Islam RM Suryowinoto untuk menyemarakkan Hari Pahlawan. Dalam kesempatan ini, DRW Foundation membuat kuis mengenai tokoh-tokoh pahlawan serta nama-nama sahabat Nabi karena bersangkutan dengan tema peringatan 10 November. Barang siapa yang bisa menjawab dalam permainan kuis ini, akan mendapatkan uang sebesar Rp100.000 serta bingkisan hadiah. Dengan mengajak para santriwati Panti Asuhan Islam RM Suryowinoto, acara kuis yang dipimpin oleh salah satu santriwati tahfidz Rumah Quran Darul Wahyu ini semakin seru.
Sebanyak 20 orang santriwati berkesempatan untuk menjawab pertanyaan kuis yang dilontarkan, bagi yang bisa menjawab dengan benar boleh mengambil hadiah sebagai imbalannya. Diadakannya acara kuis ini dapat membantu para santriwati untuk mengingat tokoh-tokoh perjuangan di Indonesia maupun para sahabat Nabi.
Sampai di penghujung acara, dr. Wahyu Triasmara dan tim DRW Foundation mohon pamit dan undur diri setelah menyelesaikan acara silaturrahmi dan doa bersama di Panti Asuhan Islam RM Suryowinoto ini. Saat hendak keluar dari panti, dr. Wahyu Triasmara dan tim diantar oleh para santriwati diiringi syair “Illa-l liqo”.
