Bandung-DRW Foundation bersama DRW Skincare terus menebarkan manfaat dan kebaikan selama bulan Ramadhan dengan tajuk Sedekah Akbar, Tebar Manfaat 55.000 Paket Sembako.
DRW Foundation menunjukan kepedulian dan perhatiannya terhadap dunia pendidikan khususnya bagi para siswa yatim piatu dan dhuafa’. Kegiatan yang diberi nama PAS (Paket Anak Sekolah) ini membagikan sejumlah bantuan berupa paket perlengkapan anak sekolah yang disebarkan dibeberapa sekolah di wilayah Kota Bandung diantaranya yaitu ke SDN 241 Leuwianyar, Yayasan Panti Yatim Bani Salam, SDN 023 Pajagalan, dan SDN Raya Barat. Dengan harapan untuk ikut serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan siswa-siswi, serta meringankan beban wali dalam menunjang kebutuhan pendidikan. Pada kegiatan sosial kali ini, DRW Foundation membagikan sebanyak 100 paket sekolah penunjang pendidikan.
Dalam satu paket sekolah yang disiapkan berisikan tas sekolah, buku tulis, pensil, penghapus, rautan pensil, bolpoin, penggaris, pensil warna, buku gambar, tempat pensil, serta penghapus tinta (Tip-ex).
Kegiatan yang diinisiatori oleh dr. Wahyu Triasmara ini, bertujuan untuk membantu meringankan kebutuhan anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa’ dengan membidik beberapa seolah dengan siswa menengah kebawah. Oleh karena itu, paket-paket anak sekolah tersebut dibagikan di beberapa sekolah dasar di wilayah Kota Bandung yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan pendataan.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara berturut-turut selama 3 hari di 3 sekolah dasar dan 1 panti asuhan. Di hari pertama dibagikan sebanyak 20 paket di SD Negeri 241 Leuwi Anyar, Senin (4/4/2023).
Di hari kedua, sebanyak 33 paket di sebarkan di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu dan Dhuafa’ Bani Salam, Selasa (5/4/2023).
Di hari terhakhir, DRW Foundation mendatangi 2 sekolah sekaligus, 24 paket untuk SD Negeri 023 Pajagalan dan 23 paket untuk SD Negeri Raya Barat, Rabu (6/4/2023).
Program pembagian paket anak sekolah ini disambut baik dengan antusiasme yang menarik dari para siswa-siswi penerima bantuan. Bagaimana tidak, semua siswa-siswinya terlihat begitu penasaran dengan isi dari paket tersebut. Tak hanya dari siswa dan siswi penerima bantuan, sambutan baik juga diterima dari para guru tempat dilaksanaknya program PAS ini. Mereka berharap semoga kedepannya banyak program yang membantu para siswa dan siswi sehingga lebih semangat belajar.
“Mudah-mudahan dapat menjadi contoh bagi orang-orang yang sukses lainnya, dan untuk anak-anak yang menerimanya semoga menjadi manfaat. Dan kita sebagai penerima mendoakan semoga beliau diberikan kesehatan dan kelancaran dalam rezekinya.” Ucap Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri Raya Barat, Rabu (6/4/2023).
Tak hanya membagikan paket sembako, kegiatan sosial dari DRW Foundation ini juga memiliki beberapa program sosial lain seperti MHBD (Mimbar Hiburan Amal Bagi Dhuafa), HUM (Hadiah Untuk Muslimah), 3M (Melayani, Memuliakan dan Membahagiakan Anak Yatim), serta Khitanan Massal yang sudah selesai dilaksanakan dari sebelum dan awal Bulan Ramadhan.
